Early in his career, he worked at an agency where the guiding principle was simple: “do whatever it takes” to close a deal. There were no boundaries, no values, just the relentless pursuit of numbers. Even before his walk as a Christian, this approach never truly resonated with him.

 

As our founder moved on to other agencies, he encountered environments with better intentions, but the underlying pressure remained the same: placements mattered more than people. The industry’s focus on closing deals often led to a compromise of honesty and integrity.

 

Everything changed after our founder’s Christian conversion. The “do what it takes” mentality no longer aligned with his values, and he felt a calling to create something different, a business that would serve both clients and candidates with transparency, partnership, and a genuine desire to do what’s right in the eyes of God.
